Do I need to be present for the ritual?
No. All rituals are performed remotely on your behalf. You provide the intention; we hold the practice. You will receive burn photos and a final report once the ritual cycle is complete.
How long does a candle ritual take?
Most rituals run between 24 hours and 7 days depending on the candle and intention. 7-Day Candles are tended over the full seven-day burn cycle. Hand-poured candle rituals usually complete within 48 to 72 hours.
You will be notified at the start, mid-burn, and on completion.
Is anything physically shipped to me?
No. EnHergy Intentions is a remote service, and no physical products are shipped to you. Ritual work is performed on your behalf using your intention and EnHergy, along with my own.
When will my ritual be performed?
Timing varies depending on the ritual you select. Different rituals are performed on different days, there is no universal two-day or 72-hour delivery window. Please refer to the individual ritual listing for any specific timing information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before the ritual has begun. Once a candle has been dressed and lit, the work is in progress and cannot be reversed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
