Do I need to be present for the ritual?
No. All rituals are performed remotely on your behalf. You provide the intention; we hold the practice. You will receive burn photos and a final report once the ritual cycle is complete.
How long does a candle ritual take?
Most rituals run between 24 hours and 7 days depending on the candle and intention. 7-Day Candles are tended over the full seven-day burn cycle. Hand-poured candle rituals usually complete within 48 to 72 hours.
You will be notified at the start, mid-burn, and on completion.
Will I receive anything physical?
Depending on the ritual: yes. Several of our rituals include a documented burn report sent by email, and certain offerings include a small bundle (cleansing herbs, ritual oil, a written note) shipped to you. Each product page specifies what is included.
How long does a tarot reading take to deliver?
Recorded video readings are delivered within 72 hours of booking. Year-Ahead readings may take up to 5 days due to length. You will receive a download link by email when the reading is ready.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before the ritual has begun. Once a candle has been dressed and lit, the work is in progress and cannot be reversed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Is this work religious?
It is rooted in folk practice, not affiliated with any specific religion. People of every (or no) spiritual background work with us. We approach each request with respect for the client's own framework.
